Compressed air always carries water. VS Enterprises supplies Mercury auto drain valves from Noida so that water leaves your system automatically, without anyone opening a drain cock.
During the compression and cooling process, water is condensed into water and stored in the receiver, filter bowl and dryer. Designs may include an auto drain valve to automatically discharge this water when a float rises or it may drain it after a set period of time. Rust and washed-out lubrication of valves and cylinders are prevented by regular draining.
Air receivers, compressor after-coolers, refrigerated dryers, main-line filters and FRL filter bowls.

A few practical details to help you frame your next engineering project.
Drain cocks are often forgotten. An auto drain valve works every time, even on night shifts.
Well-designed drains release mainly water. Ask us about the right type for your system.
