Mercury Equal Elbow for 90° joints between same-size tubes
AUTHORISED MERCURY SUPER DISTRIBUTOR

Mercury Equal Elbow Dealer in Noida

Not every direction change in a pneumatic line involves a threaded port — sometimes it's just two lengths of tube that need to turn a corner. VS Enterprises supplies the full Mercury equal elbow range from our Noida base, with stock ready for quick dispatch across NCR and pan-India.

What It Is

A Mercury equal elbow is a 90° fitting with push-in connections on both ends, sized for two tubes of the same outer diameter. Rather than forcing a tube into a tight bend, the elbow gives the line a clean corner to route through — no threading, no manifold, just a tube in on one side and a tube out the other at a right angle.

All sizes are in stock in Noida for immediate dispatch.

Where It's Used

  • The routing tube runs around machine frames and panel edges
  • Keeping piping tidy inside control cabinets and enclosures
  • Any corner in the line where a tight tube bend isn't practical

A sharp bend may crush the tube wall and squeeze the bore passage causing the tube to constrict and thereby continuing to strain the tube at the bend. The full bore is maintained at the elbow because the elbow is not under strain and flow is maintained the same.

Yes — that's what makes it "equal." Both push-in ends are sized for the same tube OD. If you need to join two different tube sizes at a corner, ask us about a reducing elbow instead.
