Cylinder speed is easiest to set right where the cylinder breathes, not somewhere further down the line. VS Enterprises supplies the full Mercury flow control fitting range from our Noida base, with stock ready for quick dispatch across NCR and pan-India.
A Mercury flow control fitting is a push-in elbow with an adjustable needle and a built-in check valve combined into one part. It screws directly into the cylinder port, and once fitted, it restricts the exhausting air to whatever speed you dial in, while letting incoming air pass through freely on the way in. In effect, it's a fitting and a speed controller built as a single component, rather than two separate parts joined in the line.
All sizes are in stock in Noida for immediate dispatch.
Figures come from the Mercury catalogue and are confirmed for your size at quotation.

Directly into the cylinder ports — one fitting on each side of the cylinder, so extend speed and retract speed can each be adjusted independently of the other.
The fitting mounts straight into the cylinder port itself, keeping the speed adjustment right at the source. A flow control valve, on the other hand, is fitted somewhere along the tube between the cylinder and the main valve, rather than directly at the cylinder.
